About The Position
The Barista prepares and serves beverages and food items consistently according to recipe standards while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires knowledge and enthusiasm for coffee, tea, drink preparation, and related products. It also involves setup, cleanup, stocking, and handling food items. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, and committed to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment while working a flexible schedule. This is a seasonal position at NorthPark Center.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace a flexible schedule.
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
