About The Position
The Barista prepares and serves beverages and food items according to recipe standards while providing outstanding customer service. The role requires knowledge and enthusiasm about coffee, tea, drink preparation, and products. The Barista also assists with setup, cleanup, stock work, and handling food items. The position is at Nordstrom’s Towson Town Center location.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality.
