About The Position

Whether you’re experienced in customer service or completely new to hospitality, we provide full training to help you succeed. Previous customer service or barista experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling
Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
Monitoring product quality and temperature records
Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
