We are looking for unique individuals who work together to create amazing experiences for our guests. Every member of the team contributes to the success of the whole hotel. The role involves taking orders for and serving food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner while using suggestive selling techniques. You will regularly greet, communicate and converse with all guests. You will set up and maintain the coffee bar in an attractive, organized, clean, and standardized presentation. You will make and serve coffee drinks, educate and inform customers about coffee beans, preparation, and brewing methods. You will continuously check food to ensure appearance, temperature, and portions are correct, and be knowledgeable of all menu items, answering guest questions directly and concisely. The candidate must also clear and clean tables as they are vacated, and listen and respond to guest requests or concerns. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
