About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, help brighten their day, and contribute to meaningful moments through friendly service and attention to their preferences. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. Baristas prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer requests, handle cash, and help maintain store safety and operating standards. They may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities
