Requirements
- Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Experience with espresso machines and drink preparation
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
- Experience working events or in hospitality environments
