About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. In a fast-paced environment, you engage with customers, help brighten their day, and prepare quality beverages and food. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products according to store standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security policies.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes or customer-requested modifications, such as changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks throughout each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Follow store operating policies and standards.
