About The Position

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders using Clover POS system, cash, Venmo
• Prepare and serve drinks and Cookies
• Clean customer seating areas, empty trash, keep bathroom clean
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Ensure that all supplies are organized and stored in their proper place
• Employee(s) have a responsibility to report employee safety, food safety and/or quality concerns to Lead Barista or Manager
• Perform all other related duties as assigned
• Learn about and share your knowledge of Switchpoint Coffee Co. with customers
• Assist Lead Barista and manager and volunteers with other assigned duties
