Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and supporting daily cafe operations

- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash transactions
- Prepare and serve coffee espresso drinks, and other menu items to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, service areas, and workstation
- Restock inventory supplies, and ingredients as needed throughout shifts,
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all task are completed thoroughly
- Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
