As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. Through friendly service, attention to customer preferences, and pride in your work, you create meaningful moments for customers. Requirements

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes or customer-requested modifications, including changes to temperature or ingredient quantities and substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
