About The Position
Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Barista to work in its airport retail and dining environment at DEN. The role involves greeting guests, taking drink and food orders, preparing beverages to established recipes and presentation standards, and providing a welcoming experience for travelers. Baristas operate and clean coffee-making equipment and process guest payments in accordance with company procedures. The listed pay is $19.29 plus tips.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge guests and take their drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept.
- Operate coffee-making equipment.
- Dismantle and clean machinery as needed.
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests, including through the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash, process credit and debit card payments, and make change while following company Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of and enthusiasm for the restaurant’s menu and products.
- Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
