About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, help make their day, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and works well with others. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including adjusting temperature, ingredient quantities, or substituting ingredients.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
