About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect, and help make meaningful moments through friendly service and quality coffee. This fast-paced role involves engaging with customers, responding to their needs, preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications, and carrying out a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them to customer specifications.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
