Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature or ingredient quantities and substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
