About The Position

As a Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. You help brighten customers’ days through friendly service, including remembering favorite orders. The role is suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, takes pride in their work, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes and accommodate customer customization requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety, security, and operating policies.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
