The role involves skillfully crafting beverages with consistency and serving customers with hospitality, kindness, and approachability, while also explaining the menu as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare all menu items to the best of the employee’s ability, always striving to improve and serve an incredible product
Keep a clean and tidy workspace, always cleaning in free time, even inside and behind items, following the cleaning checklists closely
Be a team player and strive to work well with other employees
Be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.
Works as a team with all personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service
Enthusiastically welcome each guest and be aware of tone and body language at all times
Can handle working under pressure and multitasking, Self-motivated, and able to identify needs without direction.
Makes guests feel appreciated, seen, and taken care of through your actions
Works with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked to the Company’s standards at all times
Possess an understanding of the menu and food knowledge.
