About The Position

As a Barista/Counter Server, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making coffee drinks, serving pizza, and handling food and beverages. You will ensure accurate transaction processing and provide excellent customer service. This role is located at Baked and Brewed/Tram Car Pizza at Snowbird Center and is a full-time, year-round position with varying schedules based on business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Barista experience is a plus
• Great listening and speaking skills
• Food Handler Permit
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and employ suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase company revenues.
• Take orders and politely repeat them back to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Address customer questions about menu items in a professional manner.
• Handle food and beverages requested by customers.
• Monitor and help manage the inventory of the kitchen and counter, ensuring food is stocked appropriately.
• Learn menus, be proficient in handling large sums of money, and demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
• Assist with other restaurant positions as needed, including bussing/cleaning.
