About The Position

This is a seasonal position for a Barista and Cashier role, offering $22.80 per hour plus tips. The role is an opportunity to be part of a luxury revolution in the hospitality space. Requirements

Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid Washington State Alcohol MAST Permit (Class 13).
Must possess a valid Washington Food Worker Card.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must have excellent listening skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be professional in appearance and demeanor.
Must always ensure a teamwork environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality specialty degree or prior hospitality experience preferred.
At least one year high volume restaurant serving experience preferred.
At least one year food & beverage experience preferred.
Prior barista experience preferred.
General knowledge of Wine, Beer, Liqueur, and different cuisines preferred.
Previous Cooking Experience preferred.
Serve safe training is required.
Cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Take orders, prepare and serve food, drinks and other items to guests.
Perform all cashier duties for the outlet.
Ensure exceptional standards of service in the Carillon Kitchen.
Be passionate about hospitality, food, and helping people have a wonderful dining or to-go experience.
Strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times.
Exemplify the Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa Culture and promote hotel values of Honesty, Enthusiasm, Integrity, Accountability and Passion for Service.
Manage multiple orders simultaneously and recall faces, names, and preferences of frequent patrons.
Interact with guests and team members.
Resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Create an exceptional experience for all guests.
