About The Position

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Greenville, South Carolina, is hiring full-time and part-time Stylists and Barbers. The role involves delivering precision cuts, fades, and other barbering and styling services while providing a welcoming, energetic guest experience. Stylists consult with guests to find looks that match their preferences and lifestyles, build repeat business through genuine client relationships, and collaborate with the team in a busy shop. Services may include lather neck shaves and shoulder massages. The position also offers opportunities to develop skills and techniques.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina Barber or Cosmetology license.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
• Customer-focused mindset, upbeat attitude, and solid work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide precision cuts, fades, and barbering and styling services with consistent quality.
• Consult with guests to select looks that suit their preferences and lifestyles.
• Build repeat business through strong service and genuine client relationships.
• Work effectively with the team in a busy shop where timing matters.
• Provide services such as lather neck shaves and shoulder massages.
• Continue building skills and improving techniques and workflow.

Benefits

• Weekly pay with competitive earning potential ($28–$48 per hour) and potential to earn $60,000 or more.
• 42%–50% commission or hourly base protection, whichever is greater.
