About The Position

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is hiring Barbers and Stylists across its locations. The shop serves men and women and offers haircuts, color, styling, and waxing. The role provides client services and hair styling in a collaborative shop environment. Technical employees must complete an in-person technical interview using a model; the cut is a medium bald fade with shear work on top. The company is looking for people with open availability and a desire to grow with the brand.

Requirements

State-licensed Cosmetologist or Barber; required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service and hair styling, including cuts, color, and texturizing.
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace.

Complete an in-person technical interview with a model, demonstrating a medium bald fade with shear work on top.

Benefits

Beginning pay is 42%–45% commission of service sales or a protected $13 per hour, whichever is greater.
