About The Position

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is hiring Barbers and Stylists across its locations. The shop serves men and women and offers haircuts, color, styling, and waxing. The role provides client services and hair styling in a team-oriented environment. Technical employees must complete an in-person technical interview using a model; the cut is a medium bald fade with shear work on top. The company is looking for candidates with open availability and an interest in growing with the brand.

Requirements

• State-licensed Cosmetologist or Barber (required).
• Positive, team-oriented, and passionate about client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and hair styling, including cuts, color, and texturizing.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive environment.
• Complete an in-person technical interview with a model, including a medium bald fade with shear work on top.
