About The Position

Birdie's is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Barback to support bartenders and servers in delivering memorable hospitality to guests. This part-time role is key to a successful bar operation and focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, filling requisitions, and helping the bar team provide excellent service. The position offers an opportunity to begin a bartending career and develop skills at a world-class property.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain the proper and adequate daily setup of the bar.
• Assist bartenders in securing requisitioned liquor, beer, and wine.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, including keeping clean glasses stocked.
• Understand the details of the bar operation.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain stock and cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
