About The Position

The Bar Back safely and efficiently ensures the bar is properly stocked, barware is clean, and generally supports the smooth and efficient behind-the-scenes operation of the bar for the bartender. Provides excellent service with a smile! Contributes to the guest's experience so that they will tell others and become a loyal customer.

Responsibilities

• Stock bottles, beverages, ice and supplies needed during service
• Wash and restock barware/glasses
• Remove dirty dishes, glasses and silverware, place in respective trays
• Prepare bar for service – wipe clean, refill all condiments and supplies at the end of each shift
• Fill condiment containers, ice, other bar/table supplies
• Perform opening and closing work as requested
• Safely use appropriate cleaning compounds and chemicals
