About The Position
This is a seasonal position with employment running from October 31st through January 10th. Open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Seasonal dates of position: October 31st through January 10th Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Arizona Liquor Server Certification
- Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

- Previous point of sale system experience an asset
