Requirements

- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Capability to lift heavy objects, including kegs, frequently.
- Must obtain South Carolina safe alcohol sales certification (employee responsibility)
Responsibilities
- Keep liquors, kegs, bottles/cans, frozen mixes, juices/mixers, and sodas fully stocked.
- Clean and restock glassware, bus dirty plateware, and transport to the dish pit.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and keep floors clean.
- Assist in engaging with guests seated at the bar.
- Assist in the breakdown, cleaning, and resetting of the bar.
