Requirements

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Proactive in addressing tasks before they become urgent

  • Results-driven with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well with diverse personalities and maintain professionalism
  • Minimum one year of barback, bartending, or related experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Alcohol service certification required per state/local laws
  • This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to additional requirements
  • Ability to perform light work (lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently)
  • May occasionally lift more than 40 lbs
  • Requires standing and walking for extended periods
  • Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching
  • Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting
  • Grasping, typing, talking, hearing, repetitive motion
  • Primarily indoor environment
  • May experience temperature fluctuations
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates a passion for guest service with a guest-first focus
  • Keeps bars and service areas fully stocked
  • Juices citrus for mixers and prepares garnishes
  • Restocks beer, wine, and spirits
  • Changes beer kegs
  • Replaces and replenishes cleaning towels at bartending stations
  • Refills ice wells
  • Restocks glassware, napkins, stir sticks, and bar supplies
  • Wipes down and resets tables
  • Assists with cleaning bar, counters, furniture, and table areas
  • Washes and sanitizes glassware and utensils
  • Cleans spills, broken glass, and mops behind the bar
  • Assists with running food and clearing plates/glassware
  • Unclogs sinks as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all liquor laws and health regulations
  • Supports team member recognition and engagement programs
  • Reports to scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform
  • Follows all company policies and procedures
