About The Position
Gold Bison Grill, as part of DoubleTree, is seeking a self-managing and motivated barback to support the lounge area. This role involves bussing duties, restocking plateware and inventory, and performing opening and closing duties to ensure the lounge remains clean, ready, and welcoming for guests. The position primarily involves evening shifts, from 4 PM until the lounge closes. The barback will support bartenders and the restaurant supervisor by delivering food orders, relaying guest needs to bartenders, stocking products and tableware, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude.
