Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting
- Thrive on hustle and behind-the-scenes execution
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team-first contributor
- Great communication skills and physical stamina
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Support bartenders and servers with prep, stocking, and organizing while maintaining a clean, energetic bar environment.
- Restock bar supplies, ice, and glassware with urgency and accuracy
- Keep bar areas clean, sanitized, and presentable
- Support bartenders with prep and breakdown
- Communicate effectively and anticipate needs
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the bar humming
