Felina Ridgewood is seeking a reliable and hardworking Barback to support their bartending team and ensure smooth bar operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent service behind the scenes.

Requirements

Previous barback or hospitality experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, cases of beverages)
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Restock bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, and garnishes
Ensure bartenders have everything needed to serve customers efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, floors, and storage spaces
Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
Refill ice bins and change kegs as needed
Assist with opening and closing duties
Remove trash and recycling promptly
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages
Support bartenders during busy shifts to maintain service speed and quality
