About The Position
Execute excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at our brauhaus by providing support to our Service Team. Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins. Ensure that bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc. Ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, wine, cider, and beer. Confirm that taps and appliances are working properly. Changing out kegs. Maintaining cleanliness of bar and tables by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles. Gain knowledge about menu items and beer styles. Running food and bussing tables.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- All candidates must pass a pre-employment / post-offer background check.
- OMB participates in E-Verify for employment verification.
