About The Position
WarHorse Gaming Omaha is hiring a Barback to help keep our bars fully stocked, organized, and running smoothly while supporting bartenders and delivering a great guest experience. This role is for a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using tablets/mobile technology
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe or Alcohol Awareness certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Stock and maintain bar supplies throughout shifts
- Set up bars for operation, stock ice, cut fruit, and empty trash
- Support bartenders with supplies and restocking needs
- Maintain cleanliness and health department standards
- Assist with recycling and supply deliveries
- Provide outstanding guest service while maintaining professionalism
- Follow all company policies, liquor laws, and alcohol awareness standards
