About The Position
Seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly reliable Barback for our seasonal outdoor food & beverage venue, Tala Beach, to join our team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the bartender across all responsibilities, helping to create an unforgettable, distinctive experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Passionate about Food and Beverage and previous similar work experience.
- Basic knowledgeable of Food and Beverage operations

- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
