About The Position
Starwood Hotels is seeking an affable, creative, and accommodating Bartender for their seasonal outdoor food & beverage venue, Tala Beach. The ideal candidate will have the skills to win multiple mixology awards and the enthusiasm to provide guests with a memorable, mood-lifting experience. This role requires strength, patience, stamina, imagination, great reflexes, openness to change, and a good sense of humor. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
- Experience in Beverage operations.
- Team player.
- Hard worker.
- Detail oriented.
- Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
