About The Position
We’re a multiple award-winning employer in a luxury senior living community, featuring multiple restaurants and a scratch kitchen, seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Barback to join our team. In this role, you’ll support bartenders in delivering an exceptional dining and beverage experience by assisting with bar setup, beverage preparation, and maintaining an efficient, organized service area.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Inventory Management
- Recipe and Menu creation
- Knowledgeable in Point of Sale and Inventory Management Systems
- English language proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Supervisor experience
- Mixology or Bartending Certification
