Four Seasons is looking for a Barback who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The CUT Barback reports to the CUT Restaurant General Manager. Responsibilities
- Request, pick, verify and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas.
- Stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.
- Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
- Ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are completed.
