About The Position

Caesars Republic Scottsdale’s Wolf by Vanderpump is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and keep bar operations moving in a fast-paced rooftop setting. The role focuses on keeping the bar stocked, organized, clean, and ready for service, helping deliver the high-touch guest experience associated with Wolf.

The Barback supports bar setup and breakdown, replenishes beverages, glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes, tools, and other supplies, and cleans glassware, equipment, and workstations throughout the shift. The position requires urgency, awareness, and teamwork during high-volume service. Additional duties may be assigned by management to support hotel operations. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, mixers, and supplies.
• Restock garnishes, tools, and prep items before and during service.
• Clear and clean glassware, bar equipment, and workstations throughout the shift.
• Support bartenders by anticipating their needs and staying steps ahead.
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown, ensuring everything is organized and guest-ready.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked backbar and storage area.
• Work with urgency, awareness, and purpose in a high-volume, high-energy rooftop setting.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
