About The Position

The Barback position at Cabo Wabo Restaurant is a part-time role responsible for overseeing the setup, execution, cleanup, and accountability for all bars. This role involves stocking various bar supplies, assisting bartenders, and maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements

• One year restaurant (food industry) experience preferred.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, execution, cleanup, and accountability for all bars.
• Stock glassware, sodas, juices, back bars, front bars, and any other equipment set for bar.
• Assist Bartenders in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, ice, and dry stock.
• Transport and replace all items needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, and event spaces.
