About The Position
This is a part-time position for a Restaurant Barback at a Sportsbook. The role involves supporting bartenders and beverage servers by stocking supplies, cleaning, and preparing the bar area. The position emphasizes excellent guest service, professionalism, and maintaining a positive work environment in line with Muckleshoot Casino Resort's values.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit
Nice To Haves
- Bartending school or relevant job experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods
- Give breaks to Bartender or Beverage Servers
- Wash and stock glassware and utensils
- Clean bar area in a safe and sanitary manner
- Mix drinks as needed
- Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel
- Other duties as assigned
