About The Position

The Barback is responsible for maintaining bar inventory, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and assisting bartenders with customer service. This role involves performing opening and closing responsibilities, practicing safe handling and cleanliness standards, and actively participating in the company's social media program. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, goal-driven, and possess excellent teamwork and customer service skills. Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential. The role requires strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Barback position or bar/restaurant environment preferred
Alcohol awareness training preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain bar inventory; transfer inventory from storage to bar area
Clear and reset tables/bar areas
Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar/storage area/bathrooms
Assist bartenders with customer service needs
Perform opening/closing responsibilities
Practice safe handling and cleanliness standards at all times
Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
