About The Position
Happiest Hour is currently seeking top talent to join our growing team. Happiest Hour is Dallas’ largest patio bar and lounge, featuring a rooftop deck with an impeccable view and four full-service bars spread out over 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor bliss. The Barback is responsible for a smooth and friendly operation of the bar. This is accomplished by adhering to the policies of bar operations using standards and procedures set forth by Happiest Hour. This role assists bartenders within monitoring and coordinating day to day operations of his/her section during each shift and ensures all FOH SOP’s (including HACCP) are followed and executed.
