Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience as a barback in a high-volume establishment.
• Some knowledge of whiskey and other spirits, with a passion for mixology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Assist in garnishing cocktails and running drinks to tables.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies.
• Assist in making cocktails when needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Odyssey's reputation for excellence and hospitality.
• Provide assistance to other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
