About The Position

The Guest Service Support Expert role is about creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, not just serving food and drinks. This position involves taking initiative to ensure smooth food and beverage operations by performing a wide range of services. Key tasks include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. Success in this role also requires maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The role is physically demanding, requiring extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, navigating various surfaces, managing menus, and performing tasks that involve lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
  • Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Ability to read and visually verify information.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • No related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No License or Certification.

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
