About The Position

The role focuses on ensuring drinks are visually appealing and delivered to Guests promptly. Beyond drink delivery, the position involves maintaining fully stocked and clean service stations, and providing essential support for fast, friendly, and accommodating service.

Requirements

Must be able to read and communicate in English.
Listen to hear Guests’ orders and needs, and then communicate with Guests verbally and with other Team Members.
Dressed in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
Ability to read and write handwritten notes.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift.
Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently.

Responsibilities

Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures.
Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated Guests.
Assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager.
Responsible for making and delivering Non-Alcoholic drinks to Guests.
Ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables, as well as other sections in the restaurant, as needed.
Assist in clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages as needed.
Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed.
Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
Assist in ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks and responding to Guest needs in a timely manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation.
Work quickly and efficiently adhering to “Full hands in, Full hands out” philosophy.
Assist other Team Members as needed or as business dictates.
Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
Be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests in order to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience.
