BAR SERVER (PART TIME)
About The Position
Sets up and serves food and beverages to guests in the bar area. This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The role involves maintaining and cleaning the serving area, attending to client needs, ensuring guest satisfaction, setting up the bar for events, and serving food and beverages. A friendly demeanor is essential when interacting with customers. The company, Bon Appétit Management Company, operates numerous cafés and restaurants, emphasizing socially and environmentally responsible sourcing and cooking from scratch with fresh, local ingredients.
Requirements
- One year of previous serving experience is required.
- Ability to push and lift up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and cleans serving area.
- Attends to client’s needs.
- Ensures that guest’s needs are met.
- Sets up bar and serves food and beverages at events.
- Maintains friendly demeanor when interacting with and serving customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
