About The Position

The Noodle Bar Server position is a fixed-term role at Niagara Casinos. The job involves taking guest orders, communicating food preparation details, providing information about beverage lists, and promoting suitable meal/drink pairings. The server will be responsible for serving and delivering food and drinks in a friendly and professional manner, providing remarkable service by recognizing and anticipating guest needs, and working safely in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation. The role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work effectively as a team under stressful conditions during high volume business, and possess flexibility to support a 24/7 operation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in food & beverage, exceptional guest service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and multitasking skills. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset, as is a Smart Serve certificate.

Requirements
