Bar Porter - Casino Service Bar
About The Position
The Bar porter is responsible to maintain a high standard of customer service while ensuring the assigned bar is stocked and clean. Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with Hard Rock policies as well as the New Jersey Health Standards. Ensures bar is set properly. Ensures all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards. Stocks assigned bar with product and supplies throughout the shift Prepares all mixes and garnishes Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who approach the bar Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High standard of customer service
- Ability to maintain a clean and stocked bar area
- Knowledge of cleaning bar appliances according to Hard Rock policies and New Jersey Health Standards
- Ability to prepare mixes and garnishes
- Ability to stock bar with product and supplies
- Ability to interact with customers
