About The Position

RED Mountain Resort is hiring Bar Person (Server/Bartender) for the 2026/27 Winter Season! Requirements

2–3 years of serving experience in a restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment.
Must be at least 19 years of age.
Serving It Right Certification and Food Safe Level 1 Certification.
Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when required.
Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and working in indoor and occasional outdoor settings.

Nice To Haves

Experience with POS systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Recommend menu items and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience.
Follow RED Mountain’s Food & Beverage policies and procedures and all health & safety regulations.
Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism, escalating to management when needed.
Collaborate closely with the culinary and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and POS transactions as required.
Assists in maintaining table and bar service areas inclusive of bussing and side duties as required throughout the shift
Support other outlets as needed.
