About The Position
The Bar Porter is responsible for maintaining the bar area concerning supplies, equipment, and the removal of empty or soiled articles. The role focuses on creating a high standard of cleanliness within the bar to ensure guests have a safe and memorable experience. This position involves working towards providing guests with a safe and memorable experience, and includes tasks such as pushing, pulling, stocking, and unloading carts and liquor cabinets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of high volume beverage service experience in a night club.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Must possess knowledge of different brand beverage items.
- Must undergo TIPS training on an ongoing basis.
- Must possess good time management skills.
- Must be able to work without close supervision.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
- Must have an open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
