The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center is in search of a Seasonal Bar Manager for Blue Gene’s Pub’s 2026 Summer Season. This position works directly with the Operations and Production Manager to ensure the Pub’s success. This is an exempt position that is expected to work 40 hours per week, including weekends. The salary for this position is a weekly stipend of $685, plus tips. Along with working with the Operations and Production Manager, the Bar Manager must coordinate with O’Neill staff for all events including regularly scheduled shows, development events, rentals, and more. Candidates should have a firm grasp of bar management with the ability to develop and achieve goals, promote teamwork among bartenders, and create a welcoming and safe environment for patrons. The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center is the country’s preeminent organization dedicated to the development of new works and new voices for the stage.
