About The Position

Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group with a presence across Europe, the UAE, and Mexico. Their mission is to share the ambiance of traditional Italian establishments and create unique customer experiences. For their Circolo Popolare restaurant in Manchester, they are seeking a Bar Manager to embody their values of excellence, meritocracy, entrepreneurship, and authenticity. The Bar Manager will report to the General Manager.

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in a similar position.
• Confirmed team management.
• Knowledge of mixology.

Responsibilities

• Management of a team of 8 people.
• Management of team plannings / Guarantor of the monthly People Cost.
• Responsible for the quality of cocktails, monitoring of customer comments, guarantor of compliance with recipe sheets.
• Participation in the creation of new recipes in collaboration with the Beverage Group Manager.
• Responsible for the Food Cost on the beverage part.
• Carrying out inventories.
• Management of order placement and their proper execution.
• Training and supporting the team on a daily basis.
